发明名称 CARBON DIOXIDE GAS LASER DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the laser oscillation in which the rise and the fall of laser pulse are faster by a method wherein a plural number of converter power source using transistors are connected to a discharge electrode consisting of the one side provided with a common electrode which is a positive electrode and the other side provided with a split electrode which is a negative electrode and the rise and the fall of dischrge pulse are quickened. CONSTITUTION:A common electrode 2, which is a positive electrode, and a split electrode 3, which is a negative electrode, are arranged in a discharge tube 1 constituting a discharge part 8 and the common electrode 2 is connected to each positive side of a converter power source 4 for the main discharge and a converter power source 5 for the auxiliary discharge, both using transistors respectively. On the other hand, the split electrode 3 is connected to the negative side of the power source 4 through the intermediary of a stabilization resistor 6, and, in addition, to the negative side of the power source 5 through the intermediary of a stabilization resistor 7. Through the procedures, the carriers of the power sources 4 and 5 at the time of operation are synchronized to each other, and the carrier from the power source 4 supplies successively the output to the electrode 3 equally and the carrier from the power source 5 supplies equally the output to the electrode 3 while making the supply intermittent.
