The invention relates to constructions with panels having a ground beam 1, posts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, a head floor beam 8 and bracing ties. The framework is characterised by the combination of: a. A beam 1, 8 having a cross-section in the shape of a trough having lateral walls 9, 10 connected by a bottom 11; b. Posts 2-6 terminating in a tenon 12, 13 which fits into the hollow of the trough of the beams 1, 8; c. An assembly of posts with the shoulder 16 ensuring their flush fitting into the beams 1, 8. d.
