PURPOSE:To attain effectively a rescue by transmitting repetitively a signal having a frequency specified by a portable signal transmitting device, writing and reading an output of a receiver of the concerned area to a storage device at every prescribed time and detecting a disaster by the reception of a significant output signal. CONSTITUTION:A victim transmits repetitively a signal having plural pulsative specific frequency signals with a specified time interval. The receiver 5 installed at a concerned area is ready to receive this radio wave at all times, adds and writes a recived output to and in the storage device sequentially at every prescribed time and reads the storage content. When a significant output is obtained, it is discriminated as a rescue signal of the victim specified by the time interval of the significant output, the diaster is detected and informed to a designated device 7 to be communicated via a processor 6. |
