PURPOSE:To enable the recording of an analysis data parallel with an analysis operation at a higher accuracy than when a mass spectrum is recorded with a recorder by immediately reading a mass as obtained when the mass spectrum is detected depending on a corresponding relationship between a varaiable for mass scanning and mass number prememorized. CONSTITUTION:A mass scanning is done with the counting of counter 2 advancing introducing sample into a mass spectrometer QP. A detection output of an ion detector D is converted to degital from analog and sent to a computer 1 through an inport I2, with which a peak detection of the ion detection signal is done. After the peak detection of the ion detection output, the computer 1 specifies an address for a given area of an RAM6, the area merely described as memory in the previous description from a counting output of the counter 2. This area is called as mass number area. Mass number corresponding to the counting output of the counter 2 is memorized into each address of the mass number area. A mass number is read out from a specified address of the mass number area and memorized into other area of the RAM together with a value of the ion detection output peak detected. |
