PURPOSE:To easily realize the prevention of flowage of a resin injected for integrally coating a coil and a core, by providing on the outer periphery of an insulating layer a flowage preventing layer by which the injected resin is hardened faster than the resin injected into the insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:An insulating layer of a coil 2 is provided on the outer periphery thereof with a flowage preventing layer 7 by which the injected resin is hardened earlier than the resin injected into the insulating layer. As the flowage preventing layer 7, a polyimide fiber nonwoven fabric excellent in heat resistance is employed which contains a hardening accelerator about two to five times as much as the hardening accelerator contained by the insulating layer. The thus produced coil 2 is mounted to a core 1, and a resin is injected so as to integrally harden the coil 2 and the core 1. |
