PURPOSE:To facilitate the maintenance and inspection of an AC/DC converter by providing an insulating conduit bus on the top of a grounded tank of the converter, leading DC voltage lead wirings into the bus, and connecting the lead wirings to the lead wirings from other AC/DC converter, thereby reducing an installation space. CONSTITUTION:A DC side insulating conduit bus 14b is arranged in a direction of a thyristor bulb 13 on the bulb 13 containing in a grounded tank a plurality of thyristors provided corresponding to 3 phases of negative side. The DC lead- out units 15 of the respective bubls 13 are provided at the longitudinal end face opposite to transformers 5, 6 side for the converter, and the DC lead-out unit 15 of the bulb 13 and the DC side insulating conduit 14b are connected by U-shaped insulating conduit conductors. |
