It consists of a vertical support frame carrying two perpendicular arms formed by a double rod 11, 13, 12, 14 obtained by profiled folding-up, with looping, creating, at their ends, a stop 15, 16 for retaining the handles of carriers or bags. It is intended to equip the reckoning-up (check-out) counters for goods purchased in so-called "self-service" establishments in order to permit the storage, dispensing and filling of goods carriers made available to the public. <IMAGE>
