PURPOSE:To obtain a stable peeling property of a film forming support by performing a melt extrusion coating of a mixture of polypropylene and polyethylene made at a specified mixing ratio on a base body below the resin temperature of 300 deg.C as measured at the outlet of a T die. CONSTITUTION:In a support for forming a polyurethane based resin film having a peeling layer, a mixture of polyproorpylene 95-65wt.pts. and polyethylene 5- 35wt.pts. is subjected to a melt extrusion coating below the temperature of a resin 8 of 300 deg.C as measured at the outlet of a T die 7 to form a peeling layer. The molecular weight of the mixture preferably 100,000-300,000 by average weight, the polypropylene preferably homopolymer and the thickness of the peeling layer preferably 10-60mu. The base body undergoes an adhesion reinforcing treatment. In this case, a heating treatment, a corona discharge treatment or the coating of an adhesion reinforcing agent such as polypropylene will be done. Then, a melt extrusion coating will be done with a pressure roll 2 and a pinch roll 3 from an extruder 5. |
