PURPOSE:To control the flow rate and pressure of grout injected by a method in which the flow rate and pressure of the grout in an injection pipe are compared with preset flow rate and pressure, and a regulating valve is operated so as to meet detected values with set values. CONSTITUTION:The grout in a storage tank 2 is injected into the grout through a suction pipe 5, a group pump 4, a supply pipe 6, an automatic flow rate regulating valve 12', an injection pipe 9, and an injection tube 11. Excessive grout is returned to the storage tank 2 through a branched point 7, an automatic flow rate regulating vale 12 and a return pipe 8. The regulating valve 12 is provided to the return pipe 8, and the regulating valve 12', a flow rate detector 13 and a pressure detector 14 are provided to the injection pipe 9. Signals of flow rate and pressure detected by the detectors 13 and 14 are compared with preset values of flow rate and pressure, and the regulating valves 12 and 12' are operated by a flow rate and pressure controller 15 so as to meet detected values with set values. |
