PURPOSE:To enable easy dispensing of blood cell sample from a blood clot by advancing the tip of a nozzle into the blood clot and stopping the same then sucking the free blood cells in the blood clot when the tip of the nozzle starts retreating from the blood clot and before it emerges from the inside of the blood clot. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 4 is moved upward at the same instant when the tip of the nozzle 4 is advanced into a blood clot 2 and is stopped or at the point of the time delayed slightly from said point of the time. A cylinder 9 is sucked during the time from the point of the time when a prescribed time elapses after the top of the nozzle starts retreating from the blood clot until the tip of the nozzle emerges from the blood clot. Then, free blood cells gather in the trace S after removal of the nozzle tip advanced into the blood clot 2 and therefore the free blood cells can be easily sucked through a tube 17 by the suction of a cylinder 9 and the analysis with high accuracy is made possible. |
