PURPOSE:To obviate the exhibition of false positive owing to a nonspecific reaction by using the aq. extract of the bacterial component which can pass a filter having a specific pore size as a reagent solvent in the stage of detecting the presence or absence of an antibody by using the refined antibody reagent obtd. by using the allogenic bacterium as an antigengenetic bacterium. CONSTITUTION:Bacteria, such as coliform, bacillus subtilis or enzyme, which become a host in gene recombination, are ultrasonically treated in a physiological salt soln. or the like and is centrifugally separated, whereafter the part of the supernatant that can pass a filter having a max. pore size of 1.2mu is made into a liquid contg. the extract of the bacterial component. Such liquid is used as an aq. solvent of a reagent for detecting an antibody. The solvent obviates the generation of a false positive reaction in the stage of measuring the antibody in a serum to be inspected by neutralizing specifically the bacterial component remaining very slightly in the antigen for reagent in the case of obtaining a large amt. of the antigen for the reagent for an antigen-antibody reaction with the above-mentioned bacteria as a host and when there is the antibody to said bacteria in the human or animal serum in the case of using said antigen. The exact measurement of the antibody in the blood cell of A type and B type hepatitis patients, etc. is thus made possible. |
