PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of lost motion or backlash due to looseness in a clamp in an effective manner, by superposing a keep piece on the outer surface of a flange part for a big end or a cap, while strongly clamping it from the top of this keep piece via a plate spring with a machine bolt. CONSTITUTION:Joined with a big end 4, a cap 5 is coupled with a crankshaft 6, while a bolt 10 is screwed in a bolt hole 7a installed in a side part of the cap side of a clamping metal device 7 nippingly holding each of section U-shaped clamping metal devices 8 and 9. In addition, a keep piece 11 is superposed on a flange outer surface 9a of the cap 5. With this method, both flange parts 8 and 9 are rigidly clamped tight whereby lost motion or backlash due to looseness in the clamping part of a flange part can be prevented in an effective manner. |
