PURPOSE:To quickly construct a levee, etc., by a method wherein plural ringed hook-shaped binders with inclined V-shaped grooves are attached to sand bags, and the sand bags are connected by connecting the ringed hook-shaped binders through ropes. CONSTITUTION:Plural sand bags 1 filled with soil and sand are set vertically and bilaterally, and ropes 8 are coupled with the inclined V-shaped grooves of ringed hook-shaped binders 4 attached to the adjacent sand bags 1 to connect the sand bags 1. The sand bags 1 can thus be easily and quickly connected to one another to construct levee, etc. |
