PURPOSE:To obtain an emulsion having a fine particle size and good in stability, by dissolving glycopeptide in polyhydric alcohol to prepare a solution to which an oil component is, in turn, added. CONSTITUTION:Glycopeptide having the sugar part and the peptide part in the molecule thereof such as collagen, mucopolysaccharide, casein, egg albumen, swine ribonuclease B or interferon, and water soluble plolhydric alcohol containing two or more of hydroxyl groups in the molecule thereof such as ethylene glycol or propylene glycol are compounded in a wt. ratio ranging from 1:1- 1,000. This compound is adjusted in an amount of 20% or more with respect to an oil component such as tallow, squalane or olive oil. |
