PURPOSE:To obtain easily a small-sized head having good gap accuracy by printing an adhesive agent onto at least one of a plate-like holding case and the first magnetic core, and assembling the head by use of one holding case formed by sticking the case and the first core by press contacting and heating. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive agent is printed as shown by a hatching 10, onto at least one of a plate-like holding case 1 and the first magnetic core 2. It is desirable that printing is executed simultaneously to plural cores or cases by a suitable jig. Subsequently, the core 2 and the case 1 are brought into press contact and heated by use of a suitable jig, and the adhesive agent is cured. Thereafter, a coil pin 7 wound with a coil 5 and provided with a terminal 6 is fitted to the first magnetic core 2, and thereafter, the second magnetic core 4 is butted by placing a gap plate 8 between butt parts 2a, 4a. Subsequently, the cores 2, 4 are fixed by fitting in a channel-shaped elastic holding member 9. In this way, a head which is small-sized, is assembled easily and has good gap accuracy is obtained. |
