PURPOSE:To obtain a device for transferring a high speed data by designating an address of a memory bank which satisfies a prescribed condition by a memory address number, and designating an address of a memory bank which does not satisfy the condition by an output of an incrementer. CONSTITUTION:In case of a byte/word designating signal B/-W=1, a function selecting signal INC of an incrementer 52 becomes ''0'', and (i) (i=0-K-1) designated by external address input signals A1-Am is added to both address inputs of an even memory bank 50 and an odd memory bank 51. In this case, in case when the input signals A1-Am designate an even address, a data bus of the memory bank 50 is connected to external data buses D0-D7 through a buffer 53. Also, in case when the input signals A1-Am designate an odd address, a data bus of the memory bank 51 is connected to the data buses D0-D7 through a buffer 54. In this way, a transfer of a K multiple precision data is obtained by a memory access of once, and accordingly, a device for transferring a high speed data can be realized. |
