PURPOSE:To prevent an outdoor accumulation from scattering due to a blast of wind as well as from snow piling, by constituting a shield fence in a way of stretching plural pieces of nets perpendicularly and in staircase form so as to cause a vent hole to be directed to horizontality, in case of a device for scatterable outdoor accumulations including a powdery granular body, etc. CONSTITUTION:Combining an inclined frame 7 and a bottom side frame 8 together into a triangular form around an outdoor accumulation 1, a chevron body 6 being united with a top frame and a bottom frame (both unillustrated herein) is fitly set up, while each of nets 3 is stretched over the inclined frame 7 perpendicularly and in stircase form via each of stays 12. With this constitution, such a wind as blowing at both directions bumps against each of these nets 13 whereby wind velocity slows down. Accordingly, there is no fear of scattering the accumulation 1 due to a blast of wind. Likewise, in time of snowing, snow drops down between thee nets 13, thus fallen snow is in no case piled on these nets 13. |
