PURPOSE:To make it possible to transfer materials delivered from a forklift to a conveyor, very smoothly, by providing such an arrangement that the feed of the materials from the forklift to the conveyor is very easy and the delivered materials may be positioned widthwise and lengthwise. CONSTITUTION:In a first stage A there is provided a material shifting device 5 having a parallel link mechanism 7, for shifting stacked materials 3 on a forklift 2 onto a conveyor 4 that is laid from the first stage A to which the materials 3 are delivered by the forklift 2 to a second stage B where the stacked materials 3 are taken out one by one from their top to be fed toward a press 1. The device 5 is provided, in its material receiving section 6, with a preset side guide 14 for regulating the widthwise position of the materials 3 and a preset back guide 9 for regulating the lengthwise position of the materials 3. Therefore, the subsequent transferring and feeding of the materials may be made, very smoothly. |
