PURPOSE:To reduce an over-shoot, enable a soft cooking finish and improve a thermal efficiency near the desired temperature by a method wherein a heating means is controlled in such as way as a weak heating cycle for performing a weak heating less than the desired temperature slightly lower that a main desired setting temperature. CONSTITUTION:When a cooking is started at first, in case that a room temperature (t) is sufficiently lower than an auxiliary setting temperature (s), outputs of VC1 and VC2 are at H, the transistors Q6 and Q7 are at ON condition to open the solenoid valves SV1 and SV2, the burners 9' and 9'' are combustioned simultaneously to perform a high heating and cooking. When the room temperature is increased under the above-mentioned strong heating to cause a relation of t=s to be obtained, the solenoid valve SV2 is turned OFF, only the main burner 9' is combustioned under an inversion of the output from the first comparator VC1 from H to L, then a weak heating and cooking is performed. Under this weak heating, the room temperature t is prevented from being increased, and in turn when a relation of t=S is occurred, the output from the comparator VC2 is reversed from H to L, the solenoid valve SV1 is also turned OFF and the burner 9' also stops its combustion and an overshoot from the main setting value S is decreased. In this way, since the turning-on and -off operations for the weak heating are performed between the main setting temperature and a lower temperature than the former, so that a cooking soft finished condition can be attained. |
