PURPOSE:To transfer surely a printed circuit board with a simple device by feeding horizontally a carrier mounted thereon with the printed circuit board from the 1st conveyor back to the 2nd conveyor by a rotary table and circulating further the carrier to the 1st conveyor by the rotary table. CONSTITUTION:While a carrier 3 mounted thereon with a printed circuit board 2 is conveyed in a direction A by a chain 16 in the 1st conveyor, the printed circuit board is subjected to preliminary soldering. The carrier 3 rides thereafter on the chain 18 on a free flow line 10 and travels in the direction A until it transfers on a free flow chain 36 which travels in the direction A. A rotary table 31 rotates by an angle 180 deg. in a direction B, then the carrier 3 turns over in a horizontal direction. The carrier 3 transfers from he chain 36, via a free flow chain 11 traveling in a direction C, onto the 2nd conveyor 6, where the printed circuit board is subjected to a finish soldering treatment while it is conveyed by a chain 17. The carrier 3 transfers onto a free flow chain 12 and after the board 2 is removed, the similar operation is performed by a rotary table 51 and thereafter the carrier returns to the 1st conveyor 4. |
