PURPOSE:To provide an automatic electric range in which an automatic button for each of cooking menus is gathered as a group and many cooking menus can be automatically cooked with only one automatic button. CONSTITUTION:As a humidity sensor 4, MgCr2O4-TiO2 sensor such as one in which the resistance is varied in proportion to a relative humidity is applied, a feature is sensed by a raising characteristic a appeared when much volume of water vapor is discharged from the food to discriminate the group of food. This discrimination is performed by the menu discrimination means 6 and a heating and cooking are controlled in response to the most suitable heating sequence found in the menu. With the foregoing, it is possible to realize an electronic range in which many cooking menus can be automatically cooked with only one automatic button and further a better cooking operation can be improved with a quite simplified operation panel. |
