PURPOSE:To improve an efficiency of punching for a product to be produced in small quantity, by fixing a multi-spindle-hole die, composed from uni-punches and a guide plate, to a press head, and press-lowering all at once the punches of respective uni-punches by using an upper die of a press. CONSTITUTION:A multi-spindle-hole die 11 is composed by inserting the outer diameter of a die 4 of each uni-punch 2 formed into U-shape into each of plural guide holes 8a of a guide plate 8 and making the depths of the dies 4 and the plate 8 uniform. Next, after fixing each uni-punch 2 to a base bed 13a of a press 13 by a tool 12 and positioning a plate-shaped part 1 by stoppers 9, 10, punches 6 of respective uni-punches 2 are press-lowered all at once to perform a multi-hole-punching of the part 1. Thus, an extremely simple multi-spindle-hole die is composed, and a punching of multi-spindle-holes for a product to be produced in small quantity is performed easily and in low cost. |
