PURPOSE:To stick a powder brazing filler metal at a specified amt. on a work by passing the powder brazing filler metal overflowing from a tank for sticking the powder brazing filler metal on the work through a filter member to remove lumped matter and using cyclically on the normal powder brazing filler metal. CONSTITUTION:A tank 1 contg. a powder brazing filler metal (a) is moved vertically by means of a cylinder mechanism 2, and part of a work A is inserted into the filler metal (a), then the work A is rotated to set the filler metal (a) on the required part thereof. The filler metal (a) overflowing from the overflow port 4 in the upper part of the tank 1 is conducted through a guide cylinder 5 into a receiving tank 6, from which the filler metal is supplied to a chute 7. The chute 7, which is kept oscillated by an oscillator 8, screens lumped matter by a filter member 9. The normal filler metal (a) falling from a discharging chute 10 onto a receiving chute 11 is returned via a transfer pipe 13 by a return pump 12 into the tank 1. The amt. of the filler metal (a) to be set on the work is thus made constant and productivity is improved. |
