PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance of a filter device and also attain cost reduction, by adapting the filter disposed on the filter device to be replaceable from the device so that the filter may be washed and reused. CONSTITUTION:A filter device 9 is formed of a water passing cylinder 41 provided with water passing holes 31 for permitting a working liquid to pass therethrough and a filter 34 disposed on the periphery of a supporting ring assembly 35. These parts are replaceably held between a top cover 39 and a bottom cover 40 provided with screw threads. When the filter 34 becomes clogged with powder of the work, the filter only can be replaced for washing away the metal powder. The filter can thus be reused. |
