PURPOSE:To change the desired shearing length of a belt material by automatically changing the engaging phase of a non-circular gear of a mechanical ununiform motion generating means. CONSTITUTION:The rotating speed n2 of a drive motor 12 is decelerated by a decelerator 30 and is transmitted to a shear drum 3A through non-circular gears 1A, 1B, 1C in which the engaging phase of a mechanical ununiform motion generating means 2 is changed to theta2. Shear drums 3A, 3B are rotated at the same rotating speed, edges of cutters 4A, 4B implanted on the drum perform the unuiform motion with a predetermined cycle T2, and a belt material 5 is sheared in synchronization to a desired shearing length L2. The shearing length is specified by an operator. |
