PURPOSE:To provide at low cost the titled efficient humidifier by a method wherein infrared ray lamps are used. CONSTITUTION:In case where water is stored in the water tank 4 of a humidifier 1 up to a proper level, when infrared ray lamps 10 are lighted up by turning a main switch on, the stored water 5 applied with infrared rays begins to vaporize from the surface thereof. In the case of the titled humidifier, an air supply passage 21 is formed of a partition plate 19, an upper plate 20, a ceiling plate 13 and a supply air guide plate 21 and an exhaust passage 22 is formed of the partition plate 19, the upper plate 20, the ceiling plate 13 and an exhaust guide plate 18 so that air is introduced into a vaporization chamber 14 through an inlet port 15 of the chamber along a front reflecting plate 11, stays there for a sufficient time so as to have a proper humidity and is supplied outside from the chamber 14 along a rear reflecting plate 11'. |
