PURPOSE:To realize a sharp perforation economically without giving conductive heat which is unnecessary for a copying manuscript and a base paper for thermo-sensitive stencil printing by stacking the manuscript on the stencil paper and flash-irradiating the stencil paper several times by using a krypton lamp in which wavelength beams above a specific value are eliminated. CONSTITUTION:The manuscript to be copied is stacked to the stencil paper for thermo-sensitive stencil printing in which a thermoplastic synthetic resin film (such as a PP film, etc.) and a porous substrate (such as natural fibers such as a paper mulberry, porous thin sheets of paper in approximately 8-12g/m<2>, in which chemical fibers such as vinylon are used as main raw materials, etc.) are pasted together, the krypton lamp in which beams of wavelengths above 1.5mum are eliminated is used, and manuscript pictures are perforated to the film of the stencil paper through a plural number of flash-irradiation while moving the lamp to the copying surface of stencil paper. Since wavelength beams of 1.5mum or more easy to be absorbed to the white paper section of the manuscript are not contained, conductive heat unnecessary for the manuscript and the stencil paper can be removed, and the sharp perforation can be realized. The krypton lamp can be manufactured at low cost, and is economically excellent. |
