PURPOSE:To improve the impact resistance, flowability and thermal stability without deteriorating the electric characteristics by using carbon treated with humate as an electric conductivity providing agent. CONSTITUTION:Humic acid is added to 20 times as much water as humic acid, and ammonia is further added with stirring until the humic acid is dissolved. The resulting aqueous soln. of ammonium humate is mixed with carbon so that ammonium humate is contained by 10wt% (5-30wt%) of the amount of carbon, and the mixture is stirred and dried to obtain humate-treated carbon. The carbon is mixed with a resin base, a stabilizer, and a lubricant by means of a stirrer, and the mixture is kneaded by means of an extruder. The kneaded material is cut into fine pellets, and the pellets are compression-molded in a metallic mold to form a videodisc. The metallic mold is formed from a disc of a photoresist having video signals recorded with laser beams. |
