PURPOSE:To supply ink only by quantity required for printing by operating a needle valve set up to an ink tank, pushing ink out to a branch pipe from a nozzle for feeding ink and distributing ink to each nose nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Ink in the tank 11 is pressed by compressed air 15 under the state in which the ink feeding nozzle 12 is closed by the needle valve 13. An air cylinder 14 is operated by a printing command signal under the state, the needle valve 13 is pulled up, the nozzle 12 is opened, and ink 22 is pushed out. Ink 22 is distributed to each nose 17 by the branch pipe 16, and delivered to kneading rolls 20 from the nose nozzles 19 through flow control valves 18. The kneading rolls 20 are alternately swung left and right while being turned, knead an ink and are slightly brought in touch with a printing roll 21, ink is transferred to plates 24 set up to the printing roll 21, and the plates 24 are moved to the material 23 side to be printed, and printed on the predetermined sections of the material to be printed 23. |
