<p>PURPOSE:To reduce wow and flutter values at the travelling of a tape and the noise of a mechanical part by always engaging a fly-wheel gear of a fly-wheel equipped with a capstan shaft with the output gear of a motor and rotating the capstan shaft at a constant speed. CONSTITUTION:The motor 1 equipped with a coreless rotor has a motor output shaft 1a, which is equipped with an output gear 2. The fly-wheel 3 is provided with the fly-wheel gear 3a, the 1st driving gear 3b and the capstan shaft 4, and said output gear 2 is always engaged with the fly-wheel gear 3a. A pivotal pinch roller 5 feeds a magnetic tape at a constant speed when abutted to said capstan shaft 4. In order to stabilize the constant travelling of the magnetic tape and reduce the noise at the time of driving, the output gear 2 consists of a plastic material and the fly-wheel gear 3a consists of brass. The contact ratio of the output gear 2 with the fly-wheel gear 3a is 1.995.</p> |
