The combined rinsing and cleansing mouthpiece is connected to a hose or pipe system from which a liq. is force-fed. By rotation of the mouthpiece - which has nozzles angled to its radius - a reaction force is produced by the liq. jets which cause it to rotate, and simultaneously radially positioned pliable wires loosen impurities from the cylinder inner walls. - A rear fixed rinsing mouthpiece connected to the feed line has a number of nozzles inclined backwards to rinse away the loosened impurities, and assists in driving the device through the cylinder. |
