PURPOSE:To obtain the plastic bottle of excellent sealing property by setting up a stopper member of high heat resisting property by the shrinkage of the neck section of a bottle proper. CONSTITUTION:The neck section 11 of the bottle proper 1 is given previously shrinkage strain in the diametral direction, and the bottle proper has a property of which strain is recovered by heating and the bottle proper is shrunk in the diametral direction. The diameter of the neck section 11 of the bottle proper 1 is previously made slightly larger than that of the lower section of the stopper member 2 as shown in a dotted line 111, and the stopper member 2 is inserted into the neck section 11. The lower section of the stopper member 2 is clamped and fixed from a periphery by shrinking it through heating by hot air, etc. from the periphery of the neck section 11. Accordingly, sealing property is not lowered even by the heat of heating sterilization, etc., and the bottle can be manufactured extremely easily. |
