PURPOSE:To guarantee normal operation of processing surely by writing new address information in an address array and a front address array and reading the same contents again to compare the address information and comparing the two address information. CONSTITUTION:Address information read out through a signal line 4 from an address array 102 and address information read out from a front address array 103 through a signal line 5 responding to an instruction signal sent out from a check instruction circuit 107 through a signal line 37 are compared by a check circuit 108. When the two signals are incongruent, an incongruity signal is sent out from the check circuit 8. By adding the check instruction circuit 107 and check circuit 108, address information can be compared by reading the contents again after address information is written in the address array 102 and the front address array 103. Therefore, mistake of writing of address information can be checked, and identity of contents of the two address information can be guaranteed. |
