PURPOSE:To perform the injection of a reagent into a reaction container or the drying thereof without manual operation, by providing a nozzle lifting and falling apparatus, a thermostatic tank and a mixer lifting and falling apparatus with respect to a centrifugal separation apparatus in an up-and-down movable manner. CONSTITUTION:In injecting a reagent in a reaction container 3, a nozzle lifting and falling apparatus 10 is fallen to insert the supply pipe 30 mounted to a reagent emitting nozzle 7 into the container 3. In the next step, when a thermostatic tank and a mixer lifting and falling apparatus 17 are raised toward a centrifugal separation apparatus 1, a taper body 3 is contacted with the container 3 to incline the same. By this mechanism, the pipe 30 is contacted with the inner wall of the container 3 and about mul of the reagent held by the leading end of the pipe 30 is supplied to the container 30. In drying the container 3, a drying suction nozzle 8 is closely contacted with the container 3 to perform drying. By this method, the injection of the reagent into the reaction container and the drying of the same can be performed without manual operation. |
