PURPOSE:To enable a comprehensive evaluation by a method wherein sounds and vibrations of a motor are detected with a sound sensor and a vibration sensor, and the quality of the sounds is judged through BPF and RMS converters while the quality of vibrations is judged through an amplitude detector section to take a correlation therebetween. CONSTITUTION:Detection outputs of a small motor sound sensor 7 and a vibration measuring sensor 6 are amplified with amplifiers 11 and 19. The seconds undergo a frequency analysis through BPFs 12-14 to determine respective frequency components. The outputs are converted into effective value voltages with RMS converters 15-17 from the first to n-th and the quality thereof is judged at a judging section 18. On the other hand, the frequency displacement is detected in the amplitude with an amplitude detector section 20 and the quality thereof is judged at a judging section 21. Since the simultaneous measurement of sounds and vibrations is possible, the correlation therebetween is determined through a comprehensive judgement section 22 for said judgement. This enables simultaneous and continuous measurement of sounds and vibrations while allowing the judgement of the quality thereof. |
