PURPOSE:To facilitate recovery of metallic Se by forming an easily strippable resin layer on a drum substrate and the metallic Se layer on this resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A polyacetylene resin or the like resin layer 2 is formed on a metallic plate or pipe, or a synthetic resin or ceramic cylinder 1 by sticking, fitting, or shrinkage with heat or special light or the like so as to be easily strippable later. Se of 99.99-99.999wt% is vapor deposited to this layer 2. When the drum of such a structure is degraded by a certain history or cause, the Se layer 3 can be removed in a state of the layer 3 coated on the layer 2 without impairing the drum substrate 1 by stripping the layer 3, and this Se is recovered by treating it by combustion or chemical treatment. The drum substrate 1 can be reutilized without requiring any regeneration treatment. |
