PURPOSE:To provide a stable emulsified compsn. which has uniform and fine emulsified particles by using the condensation product of L-leucine alkyl ester having an alkyl group of adequate number of carbon atoms and protein as an emulsifier and adding water soluble polyhydric alcohol and oil thereof. CONSTITUTION:Condensation product of L-leucine alkyl ester having 4-12C alkyl group and protein and/or the salt thereof, water soluble polyhydric alcohol having >=2 hydroxyl groups in a molecule and oil are incorporated, thereby an emulsion having high safety to human body, fine particle sizes and good stability is obtd. to form an emulsion compsn. usable for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc. It is possible to prepare a stable oil in water type emulsified compsn. by mixing such compsn. and a suitable amt. of water. The above-mentioned L-leucine alkyl ester is obtd. by the ester bond of alcohol such as butanol or the like and L-leucine and soybean protein, etc. are usable as protein. Ethylene glycol, etc. are usable as water soluble polyhydric alcohol, and beef tallow, etc. are usable as the oil. |
