PURPOSE:To enable the pressure of brake fluid to be controlled in accordance with the loaded weight of a vehicle, by receiving one end of a control piston, provided in a proportioning type valve acting part, to be supported by concentrically provided crossover spring and adjusting spring. CONSTITUTION:Each constitutional part of valve action for two independent transmission systems of brake fluid pressure is housed in a plurally staged cylinder 2 formed in a valve body 1. That is, a valve seat 4 is built in the internal periphery of the cylinder 2 through a backup 3, and a control piston 14, one end of which is fitted to a plug cylinder 12, is provided so as to penetrate through the central opening of the seat 4. A valve member 15 is provided in one end of this piston 14, while a minor contour shaft part 16, which protrudes into a spring chamber 11 through a penetration part 13 in the bottom part of the plug cylinder 12, is provided in the other end. Then a crossover spring 22 is interposed between a spring receiver 19, to which the minor contour shaft part 16 is adapted, and an adjusting piston 21, while an adjusting spring 23 is interposed between a plug 10 and the adjusting piston 21, in the spring chamber 11. |
