PURPOSE:To prevent the outflow of harmful substances coming from industrial wastes for reclamation material to the outside by completely bonding sandprotecting sheets with an adhesive having a bonding forces even in water, although it is phydrophobic, in the site under water, e.g., land-filled revetment, etc. CONSTITUTION:A sand-protecting sheet 10 having an adhesive layer 11 with a releasing paper 12 is laid on a place under water by turning the releasing paper 12 side toward the inside of the place where construction work is to be performed. Another sand-protecting sheet 10 is also laid under water by turning its releasing paper 12 side inwards and by lapping the adhesive face 10b on the releasing paper 12 face of the sand-protecting sheet 10 previously laid. The releasing paper 12 in contact with the adhesive face 10b is separated in water, the adhesive layer 11 provided to the preceding sand-protecting sheet 10 is lapped on the adhesive face 10b of the following sand-protecting sheet 10, the lapped portion is pressed, and the two sand-protecting sheets are laid as a sand- protecting sheet for civil construction work. By repeating the same processes, an objective sand-protecting sheet can be laid under water. |
