AUTOMATIC SAMPLING APPARATUS OF WASTE GAS

PURPOSE:To sample waste gas at an optional dilution rate while diluting the gas automatically, by arranging a combining body of a prescribed volume consisting of a cylinder and a Y-shaped joint and a dilution tank of sample gas at a prescribed position. CONSTITUTION:An injection needle 12 is inserted into a vial bottle 10 for sample collection and this needle 12 is communicated to a dilution tank 34 through a solenoid valve 14. A filter 38 is connected to the tank 34 through a solenoid valve 36 and constituted so that sample gas is diluted with air purified by the filter. Moreover, the tank 34 is communicated to the first opening part of a Y- shaped joint 42 through a solenoid valve 40. The second opening part of this joint 42 is communicated to a waste gas supply line 16 through a solenoid valve 20 and the third opening part is communicated to a cylinder 44 consisting of a variable volume vessel. The cylinder 44 is communicated to a vacuum pump 30 and this vacuum pump 30 is connected to a steam condenser 31. A branch 22 of the waste gas supply line 16 is connected to the condenser 31 and a branch of the line from the cylinder 44 to the pump 30 is connected to the condenser 31 through a solenoid valve 32.
