PURPOSE:To measure stably without troubles of stripping or crack generation even when a body to be attached is brought to an extremely low temperature condition by applying a bonding agent on the surface of the body to be attached in a thin filmy state and arranging a temperature sensor on the film before solidifying this bonding agent, and covering the surface of the temperature sensor by an absorbent impregnated with the bonding agent after attaching the temperature sensor to soldify it. CONSTITUTION:A bonding agent 6 is applied uniformly on a body to be attached 5 subjected to adhesive pretreatment such as sanding, degreasing by a solvent etc. The thickness of the bonding agent 6 to be applied is regulated to <=0.1mm. so that the temperature detection is not disturbed. A surface temperature sensor 7 is then placed on the bonding agent 6 before the bonding agent 6 is solidified and is fixed by an adhesive tape so as not to move. The temporarily attached adhesive tape is removed after the bonding agent is solidified and an absorbent 8 such as glass cloth impregnated with the bonding agent 6 is covered on the temperature sensor 7. The absorbent 8 is made not to protrude from the thin filmy bonding agent 6. |
