Cycle consists of a frame with a saddle, handlebars and two hinged pedals. A nylon fibre belt is attached with its ends to the two pedals; inside the frame, the belt runs over a friction drum. A counter which can be reset to zero, indicates the number of pedal motions. The friction can be altered by the bolt. This permits people to match their exercises at any weather to their own taste.
