PURPOSE:To attain strong joining between a diaphragm and a voice coil bobbin by joining a connecting member welded to the diaphragm made of thermoplastic resin and the voice coil bobbin by an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The connecting member 6 is welded to the front surface of a bottle neck section 11 being a drive part of the diaphragm 1 made of the thermoplastic resin. Since the connecting member 6 is made of a fibrous, net or foamed member, the molten diaphragm 1 is impregnated partly with the connecting member 6 so as to attain strong joining. Then, the upper end of the voice coil bobbin 3 having a voice coil 2 wound on the low end is penetrated to the opening of the bottle neck section 11 and the adhesives 5 is applied. Thus, the diaphragm 1 and the voice coil bobbin 3 are joined strongly. |
