<p>PURPOSE:To laminate the surface layer of laminated object with patterns and a substrate during one process by a method wherein a melted material is injected from backside of the surface layer inserted into split dies to mold a substrate. CONSTITUTION:In a carpet 10, a surface layer 1 is provided with patterned layers 1B on the backside of a transparent sheet 1A made of thermosetting plastic by means of silk screen printing, gravure roll printing and the like. A substrate 2 is another transparent sheet made of thermosetting plastic similar to the surface layer which is sticked to the substrate 2 and lined with the patterned layers 1B. The surface layer 1 is set between split dies 31 and 32 of an injection molding metal die 30 with specific shaped die surfaces 31A, 32A and the split dies 31, 32 are closed to inject melted material 2A of the substrate 2 into a cavity 34 from sprues 33. The surface layer 1 is heated and softened by the melted material 2A at high temperature to be fused into the substrate 2 as a product of the melted material 2A. At this time, it is recommended that the pattern layers 1B are made stepping patterns not to make the pattern layers 1B directly abut against the melted material 2A.</p> |
