PURPOSE:To prevent the explosion of gas by a method wherein a gas sensor and a control circuit are provided and the outputted concentration of gas from the sensor is operated to allot control equipments. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 5A operates the output of a convertor 5C in accordance with the program of an ROM 5B to provide a ventilating fan 2 with the command of ON, OFF through the convertor 5D, an electric source with the command of interruption through the convertor 5E or the control device of gas with the command of stopping through the convertor 5F. When the device is started, the concentration of the gas is inputted from the gas sensor 1 through the converter 5C. The concentration of the gas is decided whether it is higher than a given value or not and it is decided that the gas is leaking when the value is higher than the given value. In case there is no leakage of the gas, no action is effected. In case it is decided that the gas leakage is generated, it is decided from the concentration of the gas whether a permissible amount for explosion is exceeded or not. When it is lower than the permissible amount for explosion, the ventilating fan 2 is started but when the permissible amount for explosion is exceeded, the supply of the gas is stopped or the electric source is interrupted. |
