PURPOSE:To reduce time and labor by stopping the driving of a driving device in response with the abnormal signal from a comparison means thereby preventing the continuation in the defectiveness of working and eliminating the need for inspection operation. CONSTITUTION:If there is a fault in an ultrasonic vibrator 8, a horn 9 for working, etc., or the set-up of a material to be worked is inferior, the characteristic of the vibrator 8 is changed and the parameter stored temporarily in a buffer memory by working a material 38 deviates from a predetermined range. Then the abnormality signal is applied to a driving circuit 16 for a directional control valve and a driving circuit for a display element and a directional control valve 13 is changed over to a neutral position. A fluid pressure cylinder 5 is prohibited from operation even if a start switch is turned on, and the horn 9 is emergently stopped in the upward moved state. The anormality is displayed to the operator by a display signal such as of light, sound or the like. A control program is stopped at the same instant. |
