PURPOSE:To improve versatility and to attain ease of a design change and addition of a function by dividing the titled junction box with a function into an input/output unit and a signal processing unit to cope with a multi-function only with the exchange of the signal processing unit and to apply this device to a car. CONSTITUTION:The junction box with the function is constituted by the input/ output unit U and the signal processing unit W, the unit W is freely detachable and attachable for the exchange. This unit is provided with the function of O/E conversion and E/O conversion converting an optical signal and an electric signal, the input stage, output stage, P/S and S/P conversion. The unit W receives various signals supplied from a sensors switch from the unit U, and is provided with a function to process various signals for operation to sent to the unit U. Multiplex signal Sig of multi-function is coped only with the exchange of the unit W, the box is applied to a car to improve the varsatility. |
