PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive titled device capable of winding a thin alloy strip easily and surely while synchronizing the winding with the strip, by sandwiching the thin alloy strip between a winding drum having a revolving peripheral surface coated with an adhesive agent and a driving roll, and winding the strip by the drum. CONSTITUTION:A winding device is constituted by supporting pivotally a winding drum 3 made of aluminum and having a revolving peripheral surface coated with an adhesive agent 6 by a pin-axis 9 attached to a supporting frame 8, and also supporting freely rotatably the drum 3 by a drum axis 3a attached to a supporting arm 7 which is guided by a guide 12 provided with a compression spring 13, and by attaching, on the other hand, a driving roll 10 made of rubber rotating synchronously with a quenching roll (eliminated from a figure) of a thin alloy strip 1 to the supporting frame 8 through a supporting plate 11. After adjusting a position of the drum 3 mentioned above by an adjusting screw 14 used for engaging the position with a notched part 15 of the arm 7, a thin alloy strip 1 introduced through an introducing jig 2 is sandwiched between the drum 3 and the roll 10, and is taken up by the drum 3 by driving the roll 10 to rotate the drum 3. |
