PURPOSE:To combine easily dot area rates of respective color plates by finding a dot area rate closest to the color density combination of a body to be measured in a color density dot area rate conversion table which is stored previously and displaying a combination of dot area rates. CONSTITUTION:The 1st storage means 10 stores the color density-dot area rate conversion table previously. Combination data on the color density of the body to be measured is found by a color density measuring means 20 and stored in the 2nd storage means 30 temporarily. Both stored data are compared with each other by a color density selecting means 40 to select a dot area rate closest to the combination of color density of the body to be measured and the combination of the dot area rate corresponding to said color density combination in said conversion table is displayed on a display means 50. Consequently, combinations of dot area rates of respective color plates of Y, M, C, and BK are determined easily for any color. |
