PURPOSE:To prevent a trouble due to breakdown of strap ring by forming an external strap ring having the roundness and smoothly extending an internal strap ring as much as the specified dimension from the roundness at the intermediate point of connection between the strap ring and vein. CONSTITUTION:An external ring 4a has the roundness and an internal strap ring 3a is smoothly extending toward external side as much as 0.15-0.40mm. from the roundness at the intermediate point of connection with the vein 2. Thereby, the life until breakdown by the cold heat cycle can be expanded. When aluminum is used in place of copper as the material of anode is used for reduction in weight and realization of low cost, it is desirable to use also aluminum as the material of strap ring from the point of view of strength of brazing. But if a material such as aluminum which is rather inferior in the strength for fatigue is used, it is very effective to form the strap ring having no roundness. |
